Retaining original features, it was transformed in 2019 into a unique dwelling perfect for families or friends visiting UD or local events. Please note: local bookings not accepted.

Access Code will be provided to you prior to check in, so you can self check in.
Do not smoke or vape within the house. There is a table in the back patio with an ashtray, where you may smoke. Please make sure to put your smoke out once you are done
Rinse and put the used dishes in the dish washer ready for the cleaners
Do not rearrange furnitures
Do not leave lights on. If not in use, turn them off
If trash is full, leave it in the trash bins at the back of the house
Must be 25 years or older to book
No candles or fireworks
Do not open windows when HVAC is running
A list of all names and age of everyone in the booking party is required in order to register them; ONLY registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No third party booking
Do not tamper with fire and carbon dioxide alarms
Please turn off the stove when not in use
No confetti, glitter or staples on walls and wood work
Do not flush any items other than toilet paper and human waste
Neighbourhood quiet time begins at 9 PM to 7 AM
Unit must be locked and secured when the guests aren’t present in the unit
Late checkout: After 11:30am there will be a charge of $150. We usually have back to back bookings and our cleaners need as much time to clean the house.
