Welcome to our 4-person A-frame cabin, a peaceful woodland escape in Hocking Hills. This architectural gem features an open-plan living space with a fireplace, full kitchen, and high windows that invite nature in. The cabin offers modern amenities like WiFi, a smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, an expansive deck, private hot tub, grill, and fire pit await, making it perfect for outdoor relaxation.
The space boasts a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, and a loft featuring another queen bed, accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably.
Upon arrival, you’ll cross a bridge to reach the property. Complimentary parking is provided on-site.
• Consider packing insect repellent for added comfort.
• In winter months, a 4×4 vehicle is recommended.
• Due to our septic system, only human waste and toilet paper should be flushed. Avoid ‘flushable’ wipes, baby wipes, and feminine products.
• We suggest bringing bottled water for consumption since our supply originates from a well.
• Instead of a full-sized fridge, there are two mini-fridges in this rental. You can see pictures of them in the listing for reference.
• Due to the black metal roof, the upstairs loft can get warm. While the mini-split AC unit provides adequate cooling, we also have fans available for additional comfort.
We will be available via text or call throughout your stay.
We host multiple cabins on the property. While there’s a communal bridge, once you arrive at your cabin, you’ll enjoy complete privacy and seclusion.
Access Code will be provided to you prior to check in, so you can self check in.
As hosts, we hold the right to terminate your stay or charge a fine (minimum $300) if the following house rules are broken:
• No more than the guests disclosed prior to check-in is allowed. We are on a well and septic which only allows 4 guests maximum (currently)
• No ATV’s, 4-wheelers, or hunting on premises at any-time. This is for security and privacy for all our guests
• No tents, RVs, or other campers
• No smoking and vaping inside of the cabin or hot tub
• No parties or events
Hot Tub Rules:
Hot tubs will be inspected and sanitized before and after each rental. Please follow these policies as they are strictly enforced for the safety and enjoyment of all guests:
• Guests should shower before and after usage of the hot tub because some lotions, soaps, etc., may cause a skin rash when mixed with the hot tub chemicals. If any residue from such items as soaps, bath products, lotions, oils, food, alcohol, etc. is found in the tub, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee minimum of $100.00.
• Please do not sit or stand on hot tub covers. Damage to any cover will result in a $300.00 charge.
• Please do not smoke in the hot tubs.
• Covers should remain over the hot tub and on lifts at all times when not in use.
• No children under the age of 12
• These items are not permitted in hot tubs: Bubbles or oils of any kind, glassware, including glass bottles, cigarettes/cigars/pipes, flower petals, decorative items of any kind including floating candles, etc.
• Guest understands that there are health risks associated with the use of hot tubs and they agree to use them with discretion, at their sole responsibility, and by following any posted instructions.
• Hot tubs are expensive to repair – please keep this in mind and follow all rules. We clean and chemically sanitize all hot tubs prior to each guest arrival; therefore, we assume no responsibility for any occurrence associated with hot tub usage.
-Do not smoke or vape within the house. There is a table in the back patio with an ashtray, where you may smoke. Please make sure to put your smoke out once you are done
-Do not rearrange furnitures
-Do not leave lights on. If not in use, turn them off
-If trash is full, please leave it inside as it may attract wild animals
-Must be 25 years or older to book
-No candles or fireworks
-A list of names and age of everyone in the booking party is required in order to register them; ONLY registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No third party booking
-Do not tamper with fire and carbon dioxide alarms
-Please turn off the stove when not in use.
-No confetti, glitter or staples on walls and wood work
-Do not flush any items other than toilet paper and human waste
-Unit must be locked and secured when the guests aren’t present in the cabin. As we are not responsible for lost items.
Late checkout: After 11:30am there will be a charge of $150. We usually have back to back bookings and our cleaners need as much time to clean the house.
*ALL GUESTS MUST PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, TRAVEL CHANGES OR ILLNESS.
